I have lived at Southridge Commons for a year now, and renewing my lease was one of the easiest decisions I have ever made. The staff are friendly and make the effort to know your name and your face, and say hi to you. They don’t treat you like a tenant, but rather, I feel they try to treat you like a member of the family. The staff (from the community manager to maintenance personnel) have been nothing but helpful and friendly, going out of their way to ensure everything is smooth for the tenants, for everything from moving in, to community issues and requests, and even helping find a lost pet.- Trevor Lim

My brother and I have lived at Southridge Commons for about a year and half now. The location of the complex is very convenient for both of us, one being a student at PU and the other being an employee at SIA. We have both lived at other apartment complexes and have found Southridge to feel more like a neighborhood as well as very welcoming with pets compared to our past experiences. We’ve appreciated the quick responses and hard work from maintenance when it’s been needed. We’re also very thankful for all the help during the application process, moving in, and then moving from a smaller apartment to a bigger apartment when we needed more space. Southridge Commons is a great place to live with enough amenities and a good location to make everything convenient. I like the security door system, as I feel it adds to a safer living environment, especially for my elderly father who lives at this location. The office manager and the maintenance manager make the experience of living here more enjoyable, by their kindness and willingness to ensure that every apartment dwellers’ needs are addressed in a timely fashion, as well as going above and beyond most normal apartment complexes offer. There is even a workout area and clubhouse area that works for those that want to utilize those amenities.- Kathleen Hoey
